Welcome to BachaMap: Your Guide to Bachata Festivals Across Europe
March 24, 2026
If you've ever spent hours scrolling through Instagram trying to figure out which bachata festival to attend next, you're not alone. That's exactly why we built BachaMap.
BachaMap is the first dedicated platform that brings together every bachata festival in Europe into one searchable, filterable map. No more scattered Facebook events, no more outdated spreadsheets passed around in WhatsApp groups. Just one clean overview of what's happening, where, and when.
What You Can Do on BachaMap
Browse festivals by country. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway in Spain or a full week in Poland, filter by the country that suits you.
See everything on a map. Our interactive map lets you visually explore festivals near you or plan a dance trip across multiple cities.
Check dates and lineups. Each festival page shows you the dates, location, ticket links, and which artists are performing.
Discover new artists. Browse artist profiles and see which festivals they're teaching AT.
Search instantly. Use our Command+K search to find any festival or artist in seconds.
Why We Built This
The European bachata scene has exploded in recent years. From massive congresses in Spain to intimate weekenders in Scandinavia, there are now hundreds of events to choose from every year. But finding them? That was the hard part.
We're dancers ourselves, and we got tired of missing great festivals simply because we didn't hear about them in time. BachaMap was born out of that frustration and a love for the dance.
What's Coming Next
This is just the beginning. Here's what we're working on:
Festival reviews and recaps. Honest write-ups to help you decide where to spend your money and time.
Video content. Highlights, artist interviews, and workshop previews embedded right here on the blog.
Community features. Ways to connect with other dancers heading to the same events.
We're building BachaMap for the community, and we'd love your input. If there's a festival we're missing, or a feature you'd love to see, don't hesitate to reach out through our contact page.
In the meantime, go explore the map, find your next festival, and we'll see you on the dance floor. 💃🕺
