BachaMap is a bachata festival discovery platform. You may use the Service to browse festival listings, filter and compare events, access travel planning tools, and submit festival suggestions.

Festival details are sourced from public information, organizer submissions, and community contributions. Always verify critical details (especially ticket prices and dates) directly with the festival organizer before making travel or booking decisions.
BachaMap contains links to third-party services including Booking.com, Kiwi.com, Go&Dance, and Google Flights for travel planning purposes.
When you click on a third-party link, you leave BachaMap and are subject to that service's own terms and privacy policies. BachaMap is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or service.
When you submit festival suggestions, corrections, contact form messages, or other content through BachaMap, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that information to operate and improve the Service. We reserve the right to review, edit, or decline any submission at our discretion.
All content on BachaMap, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BachaMap or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. The BachaMap name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
BachaMap may display links to purchase tickets for festivals. These links direct you to external ticket providers or festival organizers. The contract of sale is between you and the ticket provider or festival organizer — not BachaMap. Where BachaMap facilitates ticket sales directly on behalf of organizers, BachaMap acts as an intermediary and the same applies: refund policies, cancellations, and disputes are governed by the organizer's terms. BachaMap is not liable for event cancellations, schedule changes, or organizer disputes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BachaMap does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any festival information displayed on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BachaMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from travel bookings, ticket purchases, or reliance on festival information.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
